Whole Grain Mustard Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus.  
Place them in a hot heavy skillet with olive oil. 
Add Coarse Salt and Pepper.  
Fry for 4-5 minutes or until Asparagus are browned/cooked.  
Add a heaped Tablespoon of Organic Gold Whole Grain Mustard and toss for 1 Minute.  
Decorate with toasted pine nuts, or slivered almonds.

 


 

Classic Mustard Salad Dressing

  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Gold  Classic Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Whisk together, Vinegar, Organic Gold Classic Mustard, brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a small bowl and slowly pour in extra virgin olive oil. This is a delicious salad dressing used on any green and easy to make.

 


 

Dill Mustard Fish fillets

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Gold Dill Mustard
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped dill 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange fish in a single layer in a casserole dish.  Mix lemon juice, fresh dill, butter, Organic Gold Dill Mustard.  Coat filet top side only and drizzle remainder evenly over fish.  Bake at 450 F. uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with the edge of a fork.

 


 

Orange and Ginger Mustard Salmon

  • 1/4 cup melted butter                                
  • 3 Tablespoons  Orange and Ginger Mustard                                                     
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs                                                                                 
  • 4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a small bowl stir together melted butter and mustard.  In another bowl mix bread crumbs and parsley.  Brush each fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture and sprinkle top with bread crumb mixture. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedge.

 


 

Lime and Honey Mustard
  • Salad Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Gold Lime and Honey Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
